Brief Description: Legislative Update with John Charles, SIU Director for Governmental & Public Affairs
John Charles, SIU Executive Director for Governmental and Public Affairs, spoke with SUAA members and the SIUE campus community on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at noon in the Maple/Dogwood room of the Morris University Center.
He gave an update on the legislative session and bills impacting pensions, health care and higher education. John is extremely knowledgeable and this was very informative on many levels. We are fortunate he made time tp be with us during the break week of the general assembly before the final month of the session.
