Research has shown a link between higher levels of nursing education and better patient outcomes. As a result of completing SIUE’s Accelerated RN to BS program, nurses develop stronger leadership skills, including communication, the importance of evidence based research, and outcomes evaluation to assist in leading change and providing quality patient care.
