Admitted Students
After your Application is Complete:
- You will receive a letter from the SIUE Office of Admissions with instructions for connecting with SIUE by creating your e-id and setting up your SIUE email.
- SIUE will verify your employment and confirm that you are able to participate in the corporate partnership agreement.
- Your transfer credits will be evaluated.
- An advisor will provide a personalized course list for degree completion. Together, you will create a plan to complete the courses. Students have final approval of the plan.
- SIUE staff will register you for all coursework.
- Course materials: The required materials for each course are listed under the course descriptions tab; students are required to purchase or rent their own materials.
Grades
As a part of the application, you have given permission for SIUE to share your final grades with your employer. SIUE will submit your final grades one week after they are submitted.
Drop and Withdrawal Policy
Students who find it necessary to drop a class must contact their advisor in writing (usually via email). The advisor will drop the student and email a written confirmation of the drop; the student should retain the communication for his or her records. Telling the instructor or not participating in the course does not constitute an official drop. Students in the partnership program take 8-week fully online classes and the drop/withdrawal policy is below. Students who drop a course will be required to approve a new completion plan before registering for additional courses with the partnership program.
