Admission Information
Employees may apply at any time. Applicants will be considered for admission to SIUE when their application and all transcripts are received.
Admission Requirements
- Complete Application - Please note, for current BJC Employees only.
- All official transcripts sent directly from school(s) to: Office of Admissions, Box 1047, SIUE, Edwardsville, IL 62026. SIUE accepts electronic transcripts at etranscripts@siue.edu if they are sent directly from institutions.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 (on 4.0 scale) in all college-level courses

Ideal students should have either an Associate's degree, or at least 30 credit hours of transferrable college credit.
Required Coursework
Upon receipt of transcripts, you will be provided with a progression plan for approval. This plan will lay out the courses you will be required to take in order to complete the Bachelor of Liberal Studies.
SIUE will verify students’ eligibility to receive tuition benefits. The University bills your employer directly for all of your course work. Corporate Partnership students are responsible for identifying any changes in employment status.
Blackboard
SIUE uses Blackboard as its Learning Management System. Students will enter Blackboard to connect with online courses.
