While skate culture has been building its own identity since the early 1970's it has taken on new life in recent times. What was once a die hards passion has transistioned into a money making carreer for the first time. New legends are now taking up the reins and driving the culture futher into the mainstream while creating lives for themselves as professional skateboarders. Pictured above is the Street League, created in 2010 by Pro Skater Rob Dyrdek who noticed the need for skater ran professional competion.
