COVID-19 Expectations and Guidelines
On-Going Testing Expectations
- Students, faculty, and staff without a university-verified vaccination record on file (except those with a fully remote schedule and no on-campus presence) are required to test weekly through the on-campus surveillance testing program and every week after.
- All students, faculty, and staff are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to participate in SIUE’s on-campus surveillance testing program at any time, regardless of vaccination status.
- Additional and detailed testing information is available on the COVID website.
- Students who will be absent from campus for an entire week of mandatory testing due to blended/hybrid classes, attending on-campus class virtually, student teaching, canceled classes, or personal reason submit a temporary campus absence request in advance to be excused from testing for that week.
Additional information can be found at siue.edu/covid.
