Helpful Information for SIUE Students
We have added this page to keep track of helpful information that SIUE students might need but that other programs aren’t really geared towards. Right now, this includes the most recent information on how to change your name so that it percolates through the entire system (class rosters, e-mail, etc.), locations for breastfeeding/nursing on campus, and information on support for childcare through SIUE’s Early Childhood Center.
Breastfeeding/Nursing Areas on Campus

While Counseling and Health Service are happy to be an option (schedules allowing) – there are two rooms on campus where you can direct folks. The MUC and Campus Rec have rooms for this purpose. I know the room in the MUC is in the space adjacent to the Meridian Ballroom (formerly known as the green room). The room in Vadalabene Center is room 1120 (located near equipment issue); this is a nursing room/changing room. Next door to this room are two family friendly/gender-neutral restrooms.
