Our Mission

Our mission is to provide children/families with a Safe and Developmentally Appropriate child care program. We will support children and their families in an intimate and caring environment by providing a stimulating early childhood educational experience. We are pleased to announce that O'Fallon Childcare and Learning Center has achieved Star Level 2 Certification from the Illinois Quality Counts Quality Rating System (QRS). This means that your child's program has gone the extra mile to make sure your child is receiving an enhanced learning and care experience. This can help prepare your child for success in school and in life. The Quality Counts QRS is a voluntary process and recognizes a program's effort in going beyond the minimum state licensing requirements when caring for your child. QRS certification is detailed process and takes many hours of preparation by the director, teachers, and staff. Independent evaluations, using a set of nationally recognized standards, and classrooms observations are used. Director and teacher, and administrative practices of the center were also reviewed
