Who We Serve

SIUE TRIO Upward Bound serves high school students in the following school districts:

  • East St. Louis
  • Cahokia
  • Brooklyn
  • East St. Louis Charter School
  • Madison

Eligible students must:

  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Be a first-generation college student or low-income student.
  • Be between 13 and 19 years of age and enrolled in grades 9-12
  • Have a minimum of  a 3.0 GPA
