Now that you’ve volunteered to serve as a mentor, it’s time to learn the expectations of the program. Please view the video below to understand our goals for mentoring, learn how CliftonStrengths will be utilized and prepare for your first meeting with your mentees. As the program evolves we will add more videos to help you develop the necessary skills to maintain your mentoring relationships and assist your mentees in their personal and professional growth.
