Take advantage of winter session to lighten your spring schedule or meet graduation requirements. Winter session is an accelerated three-week session taught entirely online to provide accessibility for students during winter break. Winter session allows students to complete a course before the traditional spring semester begins. You can complete your course from anywhere in the U.S. with reliable internet access and a computer that meets connectivity requirements.

Visiting students may take an SIUE winter session course to transfer to their home institution. Visiting students must be fully admitted by December 1, 2024 to enroll in winter session.
