Professional Background
How long have you been at SIUE?
I was a student from 2020-2022 and began my professional career at SIUE in May of 2022.
How did you get here?
During my undergraduate experience, I was a very involved athlete at Blackburn College and worked through their student work program in Housing and Residence life. While being involved with HRL, I became more interested in the realm of higher education and discovered that I loved working with college students!
What are you most passionate about professionally?
Working with students! I love working with them to discover their passions and set and achieve their goals.
What do you love most about working at SIUE?
I love working with great people who share a willingness to work as a team and encourage a culture of development. The beautiful campus is a bonus!
What are your primary duties in your current position?
To advise undergraduate students and assist them with choosing and declaring a major.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?
You can find me with my friends playing sand volleyball or attending concerts! My husband and I love visiting amusement parks (we love all things Disney) and laying on the beach.
