What constitutes common knowledge?
- For something to be considered common knowledge is must be ubiquitously known among members of the discipline or community.
- NOTE: knowledge is considered "common" based on the contexts in which it is being communicated.
- If you are not sure if something is common knowledge, assume the information is NOT ubiquitously known and cite properly!
