IERC Faculty Research Fellowships
The Illinois Education Research Council engages and supports SIUE faculty who conduct research aligned with the IERC mission: to support Illinois P-20 education policy making and program development. Our faculty fellows receive a 1-semester course buy-out or other funding support as well as research support from the IERC staff to conduct a research project during their fellowship year. The fellowship culminates in presentation of the fellow’s research at a professional research conference of the fellow’s choosing and at the IERC symposium and subsequent submission of a joint grant proposal. Through these collaborations we intend to elevate faculty research in the area of education practice and policy and form partnerships with SIUE faculty. If you are interested in the work of our faculty fellows or in applying for a FY16 faculty research fellowship, follow the links below.
