Immersive, Meaningful Practices for Accountable Campus Transformation (IMPACT)
SIUE’s University Strategic Plan affirms our commitment to developing a diverse, inclusive and supportive university community. Achieving this goal requires the engagement and support of the entire SIUE community. SIUE’s IMPACT (Immersive Meaningful Practices for Accountable Campus Transformation) Academy engages faculty, staff and students as catalysts and leaders in transforming SIUE into an environment where racism and all other forms of bias are not tolerated. IMPACT Academy Trainers support campus colleagues by cultivating a more equitable and inclusive learning environment for our students and working environment for our faculty and staff.
