Admission Requirements
Prior to applying for the concurrent program, the applicant must obtain approval from the Office of Professional and Student Affairs in the School of Pharmacy.
The PharmD student may be admitted into the concurrent program after completion of at least the first professional year. The latest entry point into the concurrent program is the fall semester of the third professional year of the pharmacy program. Applications for the MPH program must be submitted to the Graduate School by March 1. Admission will be conditional upon meeting all Graduate School requirements. The selection of accepted concurrent PharmD/MPH students will be competitive based on available resources.
Only PharmD students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in the PharmD program who are in good academic standing are eligible to apply for the concurrent program.
