A GAY EVENING ON THE RIVERFRONT
(from Prime Time, June, 1977, p. 28.)
The St. Louis Task Force for Human Rights has arranged a very special social event for the evening of July 10th. It will be held on the Promenade at the Mansion House Center, and will offer you an opportunity to dine, dance and enjoy live entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the Arch and the Mississippi River. Dinner will be served at 7:00 P.M., and will include Prime Rib, Tossed Garden Salad, Potatoes Lyonnaise, Green Beans Almondine and Creme de Menthe Parfait. Live entertainment will follow, and disco dancing until midnite will conclude the evening. The success of other recent social events sponsored by the Task Force suggests that this will be a memorable evening for the St. Louis gay community and its friends. Reservations are about $8.00, and can be obtained by calling 652-3139 no later than July 7th. Capacity is limited, so don't wait until the last minute.
