1.) Restart your computer. Doing so will add a new icon to your desktop that looks like this.

2.) Double click on the ‘PNC Desktop’ icon. Doing so may display a window like this.

If you do not see this window after double clicking ‘PNC Desktop’, skip to Step 3. If you do see this window, enter your e-id credentials, as shown above, being sure to prepend your user name with ‘campus\’. For example;
User Name: campus\pveenst
Password: mypassword
Once you have entered your credentials click ‘OK’.
3.) You will now see a blue background on your computer screen stating “Preparing Your Desktop”. It may take several seconds for your Desktop to display. When this is completed you will see the Point and Click ‘PNC Training’ icon and a ‘Logoff’ icon on your Desktop like those shown below.

4.) Click on the ‘PNC Training’ icon to access the testing and training environment you saw during the webinar training. When prompted enter your e-id credentials to access the EMR.
