Representative Experience

• Managed over $1,000,000 dollars of research projects and funding from 08/2005 to present.

• Published over 19 Peer reviewed Journal papers and Presented Over 40 research papers at the national and international conferences.

• Developed and applied technologies to improve traffic operation and safety. Performed many safety evaluations for various new ITS technology, Engineering Improvement, and Education and enforcement programs.

• Developed a Mobile Lighting Measurement System.

• Conducted many research projects to Evaluate the Operational and Safety Effects of Access Management Techniques on Roadways.

• Developed a GIS-based tool to quickly analyze the environmental impacts of proposed road alignments.
