of Computer Network Defense (CND) threats to United States Transportation
Command (USTRANSCOM) and Defense transportation System (DTS) assets. Identified
and determined relevance of CND threats to worldwide DTS operations, in transit
forces, and the global transportation infrastructure. Analyzed foreign intelligence, open source
information, and other resources to compile a detailed knowledge base on the
details of computer network attacks and defenses to discern patterns assisting
in threat warning, risk mitigation, and post-CND attack assessment.

lead the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Open Source Intelligence section
