Tuition Refund Policy
A full refund of tuition and mandatory student fees shall be refunded to students who officially withdraw from the University by the following deadlines:

A partial refund of 50% of tuition and mandatory student fees shall be given to students who officially withdraw from the University by the following deadlines:

Students enrolled in courses of 8 weeks or more duration and who receive a partial refund of tuition shall be given a 100% refund of mandatory student fees if they officially withdraw from the University by the last day of the 3rd week.
For all other students who receive a partial refund of tuition, no mandatory fees shall be refunded.
Students who receive a partial refund of tuition shall be assessed an administrative fee of $100.
No tuition or mandatory student fees shall be refunded after the deadlines stated above except for students entering military services for six months or longer, students called to active military duty at a time of national need, and students in grave circumstances who demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Chancellor or the Chancellor's designee that, for reasons beyond their control, they are unable to continue their educational program.
If you receive notification of academic suspension after completing registration for the next term, you will automatically be withdrawn from the University. If you have already paid tuition and fees for the next term, contact the Service Center or the Office of Continuing Education as noted above to initiate a refund.
