LeaderShape is a free four-day, three-night intensive leadership retreat from Monday, May 11th-Thursday, May 14th. Students who participate in the institute will gain confidence, learn skills in goal setting and vision making, make lasting connections with other student leaders, and learn to live and lead with integrity. Are you a blue and you're stuck working on a group project with golds? What about a green whose roommate is an orange? Have no idea what we’re talking about? True Colors is a personality assessment that can help you recognize the personalities and skillsets of yourself and others! We’ll go through the assessment and discuss what each color means and how you can use this assessment to improve your ability to communicate with others! Applications for SIUE's 2020 LeaderShape Institute are now LIVE!

LeaderShape is open to undergraduate and graduate students of any major or program. To attend the LeaderShape Institute of 2020, students need to be returning to SIUE for the Fall 2020 semester. Priority Application Deadline is Friday, January 31st. Final Application Deadline is Friday, March 6th. For more information on LeaderShape, contact Coordinator for Leadership Programs, Melinda Stitzel, or LeaderShape On-Site Coordinators, Alexis Edwards and Nick Jambga.

Please mark your calendars for the Spring 2020 Inclusive Conversations sessions.

Inclusive Conversations are designed to support critical conversations and understanding of campus climate issues for students, faculty and staff; social justice; and the collective responsibility to build a sustainable campus environment--one which embodies citizenship, excellence, inclusion, integrity and wisdom. Feel free to bring lunch.

All sessions are scheduled 12:15-1:30pm in the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion.
