Early Morning Club
Resist the temptation to sleep away the day! Log each day you wake up early in our Early Morning Club to earn a prize!

Here are 7 reasons to wake up early:

- Helps maintain a healthier diet (not skipping breakfast)
- Enhances productivity (less distractions, brain is alert with a full night’s sleep, more energy in the long term)
- Better mental health (morning people are often more positive and optimistic)
- Allows more time for exercise
- Early risers are more likely to develop sleep routines (consistency helps your body’s internal clock)
- Allows for more quiet time
- All courses are taught online
- Complete a course to lighten your spring schedule or meet graduation requirements
- Courses begin December 18
