ACCESS is hosting SIUE alumna Theresa San Luis Teller's visit to campus. San Luis Teller will share her story about mental health, and her journey as a student and professional.

San Luis Teller tells her story openly in an effort to destigmatize mental health. Along with speaking, San Luis Teller will also be playing the piano.
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) Southwestern Illinois Chapter will be present at the event. NAMI educates, supports, and advocates for people living with mental illnesses and their families.

Saturday Night Live Comedian Michael Che Performs at Springfest |

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is proud to announce the 2019 SpringFest Comedian, Michael Che!
Che is co-anchor of Saturday Night Live’s iconic “Weekend Update” segment, and is a co-head writer of the show. With numerous television appearances, Che also co-hosted the 2018 Emmy Awards.

Tickets are $5 for SIUE students, $10 for SIUE faculty and staff and $20 for the community. There is a limit of four tickets sold per ID. Tickets are available for purchase at the MUC Welcome desk.
This event is a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, smart watches, smart accessories, cameras or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.
Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr cases that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times, and can access their phones throughout the show at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr cases before returning to the performance space. Guests are encouraged to print their tickets in advance to ensure a smooth entry process.
Anyone using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Campus Kitchen at SIUE is hosting a food drive through Friday, May 3 to assist in restocking its food supply.
This food drive will collect dry and canned food donations that will be used to continue our efforts in creating balanced meals for those who are food insecure in the St. Louis Metro area.
