Every year, all faculty and staff are required to complete sexual harassment and sexual assault awareness and prevention training as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (“VAWA”), as well as a new state law, Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act.
This year, the required training can be satisfied by completing the online course or by attending an in-person session.
