Don’t Miss Today's Conversations @ STEM

This week during Conversations @ STEM, we’ll be talking about Gamifying Your Classroom. It’s a fun and engaging topic, which can also be pretty daunting!

Fortunately, we have an expert on the subject. Connie Barber, PhD, assistant professor in the Department of Computer Management and Information Systems, will be leading our discussion.

11 a.m.-Noon
Today
STEM Center, 1304 Vadalabene Center

Come with your ideas and questions. If you would like some background material, please email Colin Wilson at colwils@siue.edu for a few helpful articles.

This is a different time than normal, so maybe it fits your schedule where others haven't! If there's a time you'd like us to try in the future, email Colin Wilson to suggest.

Next Topic: Science and Ethics on Thursday, Nov. 16 from Noon-1 p.m.

Voice Over Talent Needed

Do you know any students with a great voice?

Instructional Design & Learning Technologies is working with multiple departments on campus to develop elearning modules. These modules each have scripted information that require voice over talent.

If you know of any students that would be willing to audition and gain experience for their resume, we have an audition form where the students can provide their availability and submit an audio sample.
