Chris Lynch, professor and director of clinical programs in the SIUE School of Pharmacy, invites faculty, staff or their friends and family to sign up for a free medication evaluation visit.
Lynch, and two senior pharmacy students, will visit the patient in their home or meet with them in Lynch's office in the School of Pharmacy. Lynch can travel anywhere within a 40-mile radius of the campus. He and his students will conduct a thorough interview, review all medications and offer written feedback to the patient and his or her caregivers as needed.
This program is especially beneficial to those taking large numbers of medications each day or who have medicated-related problems. Lynch is a board certified ambulatory care clinical pharmacist with 23 years experience specializing in assisting patients dealing with large numbers of medications.
Please contact Lynch at jaylynch@siue.edu or 618-650-5139 by Monday, May 16 for appointments between May 22 and June 10.
This is a free public service of the University and the School of Pharmacy.
