TranSystems Promotes SIUE Engineering Alumnus to VP and Senior Associate

SIUE alumnus F. Allen Smith, PE, SE, of TranSystems’ St. Louis office, has been promoted to vice president and senior associate.
Smith earned both a bachelor’s and master’s in civil engineering from SIUE in 1992 and 1997, respectively.
