SIUE’s Mora Shares Nutritious Recipe on Show Me St. Louis

SIUE’s Kathy Mora, PhD, assistant professor of nutrition in the School of Education, Health and Human Behavior, appeared on Show Me St. Louis Monday, Nov. 27 to share a nutritious muffin recipe that helps prevent food waste.
Mora also promoted SIUE’s new nutrition lab, which is providing enhanced teaching and learning opportunities for students in the University’s growing nutrition program. Watch the segment here.
