SIUE alumna Breanna Hetland, PhD, RN, CCRN-K, has earned an up to $50,000 Impact Research Grant from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). Hetland achieved her bachelor’s in nursing from SIUE in 2010.
Her funded research project focuses on engaging family caregivers in the intensive care unit. Details on her research are posted AACN.org.
