SIUE Alum First African to Win International Award
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville alum Kolawole Olatubosun has achieved international distinction as the first African to win the Premio Ostana International Award for Scriptures in the Mother Tongue, 2016.
Olatubosun, a native of Nigeria, earned a master’s in English, Teaching English as a Second Language specialization, from SIUE in 2012.
His international recognition and professional accomplishments are featured in an article posted Monday, Jan. 25 in The Cable.
