SIUE Students Prep for St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn Sat., Nov. 7
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is once again participating in St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn, a student-led fundraising program hosted nationally by colleges and universities to help kids who are battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
SIUE students will join their counterparts on campuses across the country beginning Saturday, Nov. 7, at 10 p.m. to stay up all night in the Morris University Center to raise money for the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
While at the event, participants will enjoy team competitions, watch videos featuring St. Jude patient stories, enter to win prizes donated from community businesses, take part in a Zumba class and enjoy donated food and a live DJ.
SIUE has been a part of the St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn program since 2006 and has helped raise more than $213,000.
