SIUE Remembers Taylor Clark

Approximately 100 SIUE faculty, staff and students gathered in the Morris University Center conference center Thursday, Sept. 17, to remember Taylor S. Clark. Clark’s family and friends were also in attendance.
Clark, a 19-year-old sophomore in the SIUE School of Engineering and St. Jacob native, died tragically Tuesday, May 6, in Hazelwood, Mo.
Father Pat Jakel presided over the ceremonies. Student Body President Madeline McCune spoke on behalf of SIUE. Friends Summer Tracy, Andrew Parker and Christien Elliott provided heartfelt remembrances of their relationships with Clark.
