SIUE Alum to Serve as Teacher-in-Residence at the Library of Congress
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville alum Tom Bober, a librarian at R.M. Captain Elementary School in Clayton, Mo., will serve as the 2015-16 Audio-Visual Teacher-in-Residence at the Library of Congress.
Bober earned his master’s in education in the area of instructional technology from SIUE in 2001. He will work with the Library’s Educational Outreach office to incorporate digitized primary sources into high-quality instruction. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch detailed his appointment in an article posted Wednesday.
