SIUE Welcomes 2,100 Freshmen on Move-In Day

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is now home to approximately 2,100 freshmen, of which 1,500 of the first-year students unpacked their vehicles and moved into the Bluff, Prairie and Woodland residence halls on campus Thursday.
Hundreds of students, faculty and staff volunteered to help the newest Cougars get settled and feel welcome ahead of the start of the 2015-16 academic year. The fall semester begins Monday, August 24.
