SIUE East St. Louis Charter High School Alum to Graduate from Brandeis University

Terrell Gilkey, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville East St. Louis Charter High School graduate, will receive a bachelor’s degree in education studies on Sunday from Brandeis University.
Gilkey, who graduated from Charter High School in 2010 and was the class president, is a native of East St. Louis.
