Narbeth “Nobby” Emmanuel is retiring after a 20-year tenure as Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s vice chancellor for Student Affairs. During his two decades of service, Emmanuel saw the University experience major growth and change.
In this video, Emmanuel tours the campus while recalling some of his favorite memories. He shares how SIUE has transformed from a small commuter college, into a vibrant, residence-based, highly respected academic University.
