SIUE Alum Named President of National Engineers Conference

The National Association of County Engineers selected a Southern Illinois University alum to serve as president of its 2015 Annual Expo & Conference.
Duane Ratermann, who received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from SIUE in 1988, presided over the convention held in April in Daytona Beach, Florida. The conference welcomed more than 1,000 county engineers, road officials, exhibitors and guests from across the country and Canada.
