SIUE’s Arts & Issues Presents Nationally Renowned Author Dave Barry
Dave Barry, a Pulitzer Prize-winning American author, columnist and humorist, will be on stage at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on Wednesday, March 18.
Barry, who wrote a nationally syndicated humor column for The Miami Herald from 1983-2005, will speak at 7:30 p.m. in the Morris University Center Meridian Ballroom.
One of Barry’s many quotes: “If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved, and never will achieve, its full potential, that word would be ‘meetings.’ ”
