SIUE Campus Kitchens Raises Money in its First Online Fundraiser
Campus Kitchens at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville raised more than $1,000 in its recent online Raise the Dough campaign.
SIUE received $1,072 through the national online fundraiser from Feb. 20-27, according to Sarah Laux, assistant director of Community Engagement in SIUE’s Kimmel Student Involvement Center.
The money will be used, among many other things, to prepare and deliver meals to those in need in the area.
