The current rate schedule can be accessed from Event Services.  Rates are subject to change.

Rental charges are discounted or charged per the current rate schedule for use of facilities, audiovisual equipment, and conference services (i.e. easels, dance floor, pipe and drape, staging, etc.) within the University Center under the following conditions:

1. Registered student organization or University department event when a fee, admission charge and/or grant support is part of the event.
2. Registered student organization or University department event where 50 percent or more of the attendees/participants are not affiliated with the University or the event benefits an outside/non-university group.
3. Any non-university sponsored event or off-campus customers, the group will pay appropriate charges per the current rate schedule.
