All DJs either professional or student based shall ensure they poses the rights to the music or that they are otherwise authorized to play the music they are using.
Student and professional DJs as well as any contracted service/performer shall submit proof of insurance to Event Services at least three days prior to the event or the event shall be subject to cancelation.
