Voter Registration and Voting
SIUE serves as an early voting and election location. Look for voter registration drives at the beginning of each semester. We also would encourage you to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and check out #siuevotes.
Voter registration allows qualified voters to participate in the electoral process and exercise one of their most basic rights. The Kimmel Belonging and Engagement Hub along with Student Government, SIUE Political Science Department, and Community Partners are teaming up to help SIUE students, faculty, staff and community members with their civic engagement by assisting with voting information. Voter Registration drives occur at the beginning of each semester to provide students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to register to vote in the state of Illinois.
