Using FindTime to Save Time with Scheduling Meetings

Scheduling meetings can be a time-consuming and frustrating process, especially when you're trying to find a time that works for multiple people with busy schedules. Many of us have utilized Doodle or When2Meet to help with this tedious task, but they aren’t the most efficient options.
That's where FindTime comes in. FindTime is a free, easy to use, scheduling assistant tool in Microsoft Outlook that helps you find the best time for a meeting by polling your attendees. Because FindTime integrates with Outlook, recipients’ availability for specified dates/times appear as well if they utilize the Outlook calendar function associated with their email address.
Once you've created the poll, FindTime will send an email to your attendees with a link to the poll. Your recipients can then vote on the times that work best for them. Your recipients don’t need to have FindTime installed or need Outlook to respond to a meeting request. Anyone with an email address can receive a FindTime request.
Once everyone has voted, FindTime will show you the times that have the most votes and preferred times selected by your invitees.
Additional benefits of using FindTime include:
-
Saves time: FindTime eliminates the back-and-forth email and polls that are often required to find a time that works for everyone.
-
Increases meeting attendance and productivity: When people can vote on the time that works best for them, they're more likely to attend the meeting. When everyone can attend a meeting, you can make the most of your meeting time and accomplish more with less repetition.
-
Reduces scheduling conflicts: FindTime helps you avoid scheduling conflicts by showing you the times when all of your attendees are available.
