Everyone needs organization in their life. Luckily, the powerful Microsoft OneNote app makes it easy to organize all of your thoughts and ideas in one place. Instead of handwriting your notes in a classroom or meeting, use OneNote to create your notes. Your notes will be stored in the cloud and kept safe at no risk of being lost or ruined.
OneNote allows you to create multiple notebooks for different subjects. Create notebooks with different colored sections and tag your notes for optimal organization. OneNote's powerful search tool makes it easy to search across notebooks for a particular subject or note.
Ever find an interesting article but don't have time to read it right now? Or come across a video to watch but you're in a public place with no headphones? We all have busy lives and OneNote makes it possible to save and view/watch these at a later time. Using the OneNote Web Clipper extension (available on iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc), clip and save web page articles, documents, images, or videos to be consumed at a later time.
Or maybe you suddenly have a brilliant idea? Instead of needing to find a pen and paper, you can easily add your idea to OneNote. On a phone or tablet, using a stylus pen or your finger, you can even draw on your notes and create handwritten text/illustrations.
On the go and don't have time to type up your thoughts? OneNote allows you to record audio notes using your phone's speaker. The audio note is saved in the cloud and can be listened to at a later time.
Need to share an idea? OneNote is a great collaborative tool that allows you to share your notes with classmates, co-workers, family, friends, or whoever you want.
The best part about OneNote is it automatically syncs your notes across multiple devices such as your computer, phone, and tablet. This lets you access your notes anytime and anywhere and have them with you at all times. Yes, even when you are offline.
Whether using it for work, school, or your personal life, OneNote is an invaluable organizational tool for keeping all of your daily notes and thoughts together in one place. Keep your life organized by making OneNote your all-purpose digital notebook.
