You're probably already using Office365 for your SIUE email and maybe Word, Excel & Powerpoint, but are you using the service to it's full potential? Chances are that you are not, and you have only scratched the surface.
OneDrive
Lots of storage space to save your documents and files. DON'T SAVE YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS ON A JUMP DRIVE with that being it's only location! Save your treasures in multiple places, one of which should be in a cloud-based system like OneDrive, which is part of Office 365 here at SIUE. Accessible from anywhere, so you'll never forget a file in the office or have it fall victim to a dead jump drive or crashed computer.
OneNote
You can get organized with your notes by creating notebooks that have sections and pages and you can share and collaborate as well.
Teams
Teams is an extremely valuable, complete chat and online meetings solution. You can host audio, video and web conferences, and chat with anyone within the organization. Teams also has an app for your smart phone to maintain communication on the go.
Many Other Features
OneNote also has apps for Tasks, To-Do Lists, a personal planner, class notebooks, creating forms, your calendar, and much more.
Integrating Office365 applications into your work routine that have been made available to you at SIUE can/will increase productivity, improve efficiency and streamline your work day.
