- Is this task / service, considered by ITS, an application maintenance task / service? If "yes," then it is NOT a project. Please put in a ticket with the ITS Helpdesk.
- Does this task / service involve more than one ITS Area (i.e. Client Support Services, Networking and Infrastructure, ITS Business Office, University Information Systems, Server Administration Group, etc.)? If "yes," then it IS a project. Please contact the Project Management Office.
- Does this task / service involve more than one SIUE unit? If "yes," then it IS a project. Please contact the Project Management Office.
- Does this task / service use NON-ITS funds? If "yes," then it IS a project. Please contact the Project Management Office.
