Apple Purchase Program
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville has contracted with Apple computers to purchase their products for institutional use only and cannot be purchased for personal use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your purchase is for full-time faculty and to be covered by the FCI program, please visit the FCI website.
To complete your order:
- Go to the Apple for Education website.
- Select the items you wish to purchase. Engraving is not permitted.
- All items must include Apple Care and if not selected will be added when order is placed.
For MacBook, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with Touch ID, Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter must be included, HJKF2ZM. - Once you have selected your item(s), you will be taken to “Your bag”. Print this page,
- Complete form below and send completed form and "Your bag" to ITSApprovals@siue.edu.
- Once approved by ITS Approvals, send completed form, “your bag”, and email of approval to ITS_leasing@lists.siue.edu or Campus Box 1068 or fax to ext. 3599.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event that your choice does not meet the specifications mentioned above, your order will be returned and you will have the option to change your order to meet requirements.
All Apple purchases will be assessed an additional fee for jamf service. This software is utilized to manage SIUE’s Apple devices and ensure campus security. The fee for all macOS based (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro) devices is $125. The fee for all iOS based (iPad and Apple TV) is $75.
