Information Technology Services (ITS) uses several different spam filtering technologies to identify potential spam messages and viruses. Additionally, some messages cannot be accurately described as spam or known viruses, but contain charteristics that make the messages suspicious.

Please remember that while ITS provides assistance with e-IDs, we will never ask for your e-ID password or other personal information, nor will we direct you to a non-SIUE website for e-ID maintenance.
