Prefer Nutrition major, related majors maybe considered. Have current Food Handler’s Certification Upon hire- DCFS Fingerprint, background check, drug test, medical with TB test.
This Graduate Assistant will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining the operation of the Early Childhood Center prep kitchen and laundry/sanitation room. Other duties will include but are not limited to assisting Office Manager with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) eligibility forms, and assisting classrooms with daily classroom forms for CACFP.
